Jorge was born in Dallas, Texas and attended The University of Texas at Austin. He completed his law degree in Dallas from SMU. Jorge graduated from law school in 2019. He worked as a law clerk with Herrin Law prior to graduating and then as an attorney with the firm after receiving his bar license.
